Base on floor plan, my house is south-east but when my FSM audit my house, he say it's south and told me floor plan/compass and luo pan can be different. Like edenstrauss said, best to consult FSM for house direction adn the fying star chart. I have to hack and swap my kitchen stove and sink cause my FSM told me it' at the wu huang.

I'll be using LED bar (for cove) for all bedrooms (width around 2.5-3m) and have headboard cove (same width) so I think should be sufficient. If still not bright enough, i'll add those stand or table lamp.

My living room cove is about 5.5M X 2.5M in size. ID qouted me 12 ligthing points (12 X T5) which cost me $420 for just the lighting points. Am i right to assume that if i were to use LED strips, then I'd save (11 lighting points ~ $385) assuming when switch on the light, all light is ON at the same time? Of coz the price for LED will be much exp but it still works out to be quite a lot saving (and environment friendly). Another question is will LED cove have the same brightness as T5 cove (warm white)?

Supply and install false ceiling (250MM X 250MM) and light holder with cove - $780 3. Supply and install false ceiling (600MM X 250MM) and light holder (8X downlight) with cove - $2300 Also, was qoute 35 per light point and was told if my cove need 12 T5, that would be 12 light point?? I'm planning to get Sony bravia NX720 http://www.sony.com.sg/productcategory/tvp-lcd-nx720-series#TVP+LCD+NX720+Series. Will it be too big to get a 55" for 3-3.5M viewing distance since they only have 46" and 55"?

If i'm having cove (4 X 4ft T5 warm white) covering 1 side of the ceiling for all my bedrooms (say 3M X 3M size), will that be too dimm?
