ooh.. did u do a massive makeover at your old place too? yup. after asking ard and tips from ahyong81. it can be done. like what ahyong81 mentioned just using the S-P trap. but it will definitely cost abit more. it is a "want" to create a better flow in the bathroom.. if like u mentioned and not approved then we may abandon the idea... so see what some of the IDs say. thanks for the tips! =)

hi yes i do. u r right. the island is more for me to do preparation work and baking. just some idea not sure if it will work out. thanks for the highlight. i am not sure if my kitchen storage is suffice.. so many "gadgets" hehe. care to share more tips? btw do u cook alot? ID chemistry-yes got 1-2. they are very very patient with me.. hehe.. coz we keep changing idea and accomodating too. =) thank you. i do hope the whole project will be smooth sailing.. hope we can kind of get the price right and may need to remove some "ideas"

hi jess131181, mine is hougang st 11 and mine condition is as bad too.. will learn to upload some of the pics of the pre-reno pics here soon. are u the 2nd or 3rd owner? u plan to redo everything? hehe.. i have to redo many things.. but still now layout not firm up yet. have many ideas but many were thrown out due to prices and too much of a trouble.. now still in the mist of selecting ID

can share the source and price? so far heard of eco+ (from korea), NURF by floor empire etc.. so many brands.. these days the vinyl flooring has so many different variety.. care to share how's the maintenance like?did u do any skirting for the vinyl?

hehe.. true in a way... but if the contractor can do a similar job and can save a huge amount of $$.. i think it's an option too.. hehe.. some of them also help to do space planning.. though they r not so good in designing.. cant have the best of both worlds.. i supposed..

yes.. that is another concern.. to think we have such a nice height.. a pity to really put a roof on top... =( my hub likes it "indoor" so that no need to "wear shoes" and can still lie and roll in the balcony.. those with "outdoor" balcony is it so bad?? wind n rain will come in? now i am exploring outdoor blinds.. not sure if it's a good and cheap option.. hehe
