  4. I append his advice here...hope the thread owner don't mind. "Most HDB flat has a ceiling height of 2.6m. Based on your width of 2m, the total surface area is 5.2 Sq.M and will require at least 5 cartons. If the sales value is less than S$500.00, there will be a S$50.00 transportation charge if you request for delivery. However, you can do self-collection and 5 cartons of CraftBricks can fit easily into a private car. Each carton weights 20~22kg. For DIY, you can use MaxBond glue to stick the tiles onto existing wall. However, do make sure that the wall is free from dust and dirt before installation. Choose an edge to start laying from bottom up. Use a wood strip (around 9mm in width) to maintain the straight line and gaps between the tiles. Mix and add water to normal Portland Cement till you get a dough like mixture which you can roll and mold easily. Use this cement dough to fill the gaps between the brick tiles. You will need a hand grinder (or Makita Cutter) to trim the brick tiles at the edge."

  9. Hi Centrino, Did you get the rain shower faucet from wholesale faucet? Do you need to get a separate mixer for the rain shower facuet? I asked cos I noticed that the water inlet for their faucets seem to go into the part which is supposed to hold the faucet to the wall. I dont intend to have false wall. Thanks?
  10. Hi beezeebear, My contractor quoted me 600++ for a 2m wall of HDB wall height. You wanna try DIY?

  16. Hi Cjred, You mind showing me a photo of how your whole shower faucet looks after installation? Is the water inlet at the attachment part to the wall? Do you need a false wall?
  17. Dear all, I am thinking of getting shower faucets from wholesale faucets eg http://www.wholesale-faucet.com/products-2456-Luxury-Modern-Design-Bathroom-Rain-Shower-Faucet-Set-YL10.html. I wonder how the installation works since the water inlet is at the attachment part to the wall. Do I need a false wall then?
  18. Hi Mae, I still believe in doing our best and hope for the positive even if the bazi says otherwise. I feel we should take the readings for reference but not to indulge in it and be trapped.
  19. Hi IPineapple, I am not sure. You check with them?
  20. Hi Lemontee, How's the installation with the rainshower? Can you share a pic of the installed rainshower? I am thinking of getting 1 from wholesale faucet but am worried about the installation, particularly the water inlet part.
