Thanks for your comment, Casa ! Asking this question because currently I am staying at 4th floor, and moving to 15th floor (total 17 floor) by end Sept. Quite worry about the water pressure as I heard a lot of people complaining of low water pressure at high floor. Currently using gas heater, but not sure should I get gas heater, instant or storage heater when I moved over to my new place. Did you experience the inconsistency of the hot water ?

Since they are keep delaying delivery and not willing to refund the deposit, I think it is better to file a claim against the company at Small Claim Tribunal. The process is time consuming and quite a hassle, so you guys have to prepare for this. Besides that, all victims should join forces to make it a report on media. Media is a very powerful source to make them in the spotlight. Their reputation will be at stake when the name is mentioned in the media with such a big complain. Just my suggestion.... I am planning to cover the ugly too. After talking to one of the ID, he suggested to use wall paper instead of feature wall to cover it. The cost of a roll of good quality wallpaper may cost around $600-$800, to box up the bomb shelter area with feature wall can easily cost $5k and above depending how complicated the design. Think I will consider his suggestion due to limited budget.
