My grouting as usually still dirty, more like giving up but I am more concern abt the paint stain on my homo tiles cos is really veri obvious. Wat happen to ur grouting

We also kenna these kind of treatment when we are searching for ID. However we told them off saying that other company are giving us the quotation why can't u and they comply later on. However some ID firm refuse to give their drawing to u scare u might copy their ideas.

You will even find more defects if u are washing and cleaning ur whole hse again. We still find some minor defects after one month, best is stay in ur hse for more than one month then u will actually spot more defects. !!

Happy to said I also found mine - Intra Design 1) Not an issue as all the hidden cost might appear had been explain & calculated. 2) No problem on the quality part and even surprise on the material they gave to me. 3) So far during reno process, we didnt went down to monitor much except on weekend, mostly my ID co-ordinate all the works and update us the stages thru MSM. So far after hand-over we havent encounter any major problems. (Touch Wood) 4) Schedule wise no prob as long u told them the dateline and they are well know for their efficiency. I cant said they are the best, during the reno process there are still some hiccups but most of the time our ID explain to us the difficulties and feasibilities and we do really learn alot from him. I think beside Intra Design, there are still quite alot of reasonable, responsible and honest ID ard Spore, dont feel dishearten and give urselves some times to find.

Base on the 3-D drawing given is there any pics for TV consol cos that is the most impt carpentry for the whole hse? To me MBR and kitchen layout are quite standard. I would suggest if ur kitchen is big enough maybe u can put ur dinning table in the kitchen, so as to make space for ur living rm to look more spacious.
