Sometime I wonder where is our consumer right. We had CASE, REDAC etc to so call protect us but when issue happen they alway said these are the usually practise. We consumer are always boune to the T&C to follow on the contract but when things fall off there nothing we can do or recover. I suggest those reno firm shld registered with an independence bodies and shld have some deposit fund eg $100k to be hold in trust, these is to compensate to the victims in case the firm went burst or any misdeed.
