may i know how to tell from the laminate itself if its AC1 or AC5? Is there any indication on the box itself? I'm considering to laminate my rooms due to budget contrain and also yet to ask ID what type or which AC is that. Would ID/Contractor tell you what AC will it be?

How to tell if there's a huge hidden cost? Do we have to ask them personally or before we sign the dotted line, There's indication that there ain't any further cost incurred?

Wow, the end results of your kitchen is nice..Totally agreed with your point. Nothing is perfect but its the ID you engaged to is most important. Its hard running up and down different ID's to get quotation.

Btw Sohnice, for your windows **** room and kitchen and the grills, Did you change them as well or was it from the previous owner and respray them?

Thanks for your advice, Thank god one of the ID's i've met informed me especially on your Mistake part, Reno alone can cost ard 70% but the other 30% most of us aren't aware of this. Me 2 was unaware and my budget was 30k max till he told me its excluding appliances etc etc...Dang
