You will get used to it. I find it helpful to close the windows and on the fan.

Almost all of the time, the paint in the catalog is different when painted on the wall. On top of that, different lighting plays a part too in creating the effect. My parent's house was in those light blue and it was bluer than on the catalog. Even if you bought the paint yourself, the end-results will be the same. My id also advised me on that when I choose misty from ICI, he says will be greyer than on the catalog. Maybe will add white paint to soften it

Hi GnM, I like to say thanks first.... cos we lost sleep over this... Furniture: The id allows us to choose from 2 source. It depends on what texture we want for the laminated furniture. We decided on the india brand cos they have the leather-range which i feel it is special (not the common type of wooden or grain). For the kitchen cabinet laminated, we will be choosen the metallic-range for a smoother/sleek look. Internal shelving, again depend on the design for the number. Hood and sink is inclusive in the 20K. The sink will be the integrated solid top type (not the metal sink). Flooring: What homo & laminated brand is good? Maybe I can request from him He did not restrict us and when I ask him, he asks me back and I blurred liao. This part I don't really understand cos the cost is inclusive of 4 factor (labour, material, forgot..). I worked it out to be around 6psf(living area) and 8psf (kitchen).
