    I have purchased 3 lightings from your shop recently. However, as mentioned in my message to your company this afternoon after receiving my items. I was utterly disappointed with your service. Now my ID has just informed that there is no remote control inside the box when it should come with it. I really unsure what's going on over your side. No QC check before sending out the items to your customer? By the way, Josephine has just called me to confirm that my pendant lamp & Dalen DL C309TW should come with remote control. Pls note my tax invoice 140991x. Pls also kindly come back to me on our first issue.

But what worie me is whether have enough space. The length of my main door to the window is abt 5345 based on my floor plan, can share urs?
