    hi pokz1981, looking forward to more updates and also your TB buys btw, those holes in the roller shutter above the balcony, are these covered or opened ? am wondering if rain can come in through those holes...

    how's the pricing compared to philips ? am thinking of using LED lights as well. heard that the drivers are not so robust. any existing users can share their experience ? the cost of LED lights are so high. Pls also pm your lighting supplier and quote for comparison. thanks

    is there differences between different quartz ? have been talking to different contractors/ID and got different views. one told me oil will stain granite another said quartz most robust, no stain and no scratch. then another variable : origin.. one claims that indian granite is better than china quartz while the cost are comparable. Man.... so so confusing...

    yes. change the aircon now if you can. i didnt change mine when i bought my old flat. 3 yrs later changed and the replacement unit cause a big hole in the cornices

    i think the wardrobe are still ok, then no need to change. I re-use the wardrobe left behind for almost 10 years ! but the time has come for me to retire them and make new ones. they are really expensive to make. ditto for the aircon. if still functional, then leave it. unless you have the budget and cannot stand the yellowish, dated appearance.

    congrats on the near completion of your reno ! i think the re-lamination process will involve dismantling the cabinets, tearing out the old laminate and putting in the new laminate. not sure if the cabinets may be damaged during the process.
