So far I'm pleased with my Renovator's service. My Reno is completing soon. Reno started on 19/2 and next week carpentry will be in then handover. They are efficient and fast. The boss is very experienced and hands-on. Thumbs up for him! I do highly recommend him and will be glad if any forumerer wish to see my Reno before judging. Anyway forums are for sharing . I learnt alot from here as well. Note: I did full overhaul for my EM

Ya that's what my ID told us. He said some inexperienced ID duno and removed it. He told us die die cannot remove though it can be an eye sore. I have seen some EM owners hang their laundry pole with support of that metal bar.

I guess we are lucky to meet our renovator who's knowledgeable and good. Initially we also met up with contractors and ID but found out that contractors' quotes are even higher than our appointed ID.. One of them is the famous contractor in RT, his quote is 30% higher zzz So contractor may not be that cheap after all.. Some are too cheap to be true. I think both renovator and house owner have to work hand in hand and cooperative as well so the process will be a pleasant one. Maybe I'm not very demanding type haha so the journey is less stressful. Ok some updates today.. Painting in progress.. Box up done at staircase area.
