My great grandparents never leave behind me anything leh. Got 1 friend, hse left by ggp, even at tens of miilions never sell Cause he says, if sell, all brothers & sisters will go their own ways. At least, if the hse stays, they still catch up ..... But poor thing die of stroke last month. For 30 yrs old hse (99 yrs) 8 years ago, when I check. Bank cannot give full loan becos hse old liao. At that time, many old hse (99 yrs) got problem selling. So, I also scare to buy.

My Elect bill already exceed the normal average .. So must jump to the next bracket .. not sure the rate. Plasma, heavy, hot, got burn-in effect, reflection on the screen. Lower life span. LCD - high resolution & contrast now Last time cannot beat plasma .. now already improve Response time ... can actually see the difference meh... Me no play game on TV, only on computer Lastly, only colour is the problem, blasck & white ... ( not true tone ) But I think the Full HD version already corrected this problem

Things have changed now. In the past, if 30~40 yrs old, hard to get full bank loan versus evaluation But now,,,with SERS, even Mandarin Garden, Bayshore Park are fetching millions. Basically, a lot boils down to location. My hse FH, East side fetching only 600psf compare to those near MRT also same leh.

Inverter Panasonic ( 2+1 ) = 2039+1049 = 3088 Mitsubishi ( 2+1 ) = 2099+929=3028 ( 1 = non inverter ) / (2+1) all non inv = 1679+929=2608 Mitsubishi ( Sys3 ) = 2879 ( total BTU 28,000 ) Non Inverter Mitsubishi ( Sys3 ) = 2159 ( but total BTU only 20,000 ) means 776 or 866 maybe cannot cool the room Est not include conceal pipe & stainless steel bracket

I purchase mine with installation, just tell yr main ID where & when yr layout runs Most air con comes with installation. ( not much discount ) Also, they comes with guarantee, if not install by them. ( 100% installation problem ) Just like tour package, if exclude air tickets only a little discount.

Normal channel not digital mah. Except Discovery, National geographic & CSI on CH5 (Full Digital) Plasma ... not sure. But for LCD, we check dead & colour pixel . Some batch have problem. Plasma also if on same channel for long time, the CH5 sign will appears blur. Not the TV problem, but the technology. cos the system confused. The CH 5 remains so long .... so the TV also blurr liao.. Also big TV must see from far ...very nice, when go near, what piang eh

Heard end of the year, govt gonna increase subsidy for the low income earners & also more options on the cpf usage. Sad to say, nothing mention for singles. they only implement rule when the market is bad. My colleges just sold her point blk flat at TPY at $18k COV. I says, u siao ah .... Says hb kancheong..new hse already come, wait cannot sell how ? Don't be dishearten, might just catch another case like that. Ya lor, I always think single very rich leh, my single colleges always go exotic holiday. Sometimes 1 year, a few times some more. Me, boh pian, 5 times more expensive...
