During renovations, it is better to have strangers/friends/relatives to visits often, to have 'ren chi' flow in the empty unit (during renovations), rather than stale environment...more 'ren-chi' moving, the better your house will be. BTW, is that fridge base? Kind of small....able to fit in bigger fridge? You have a nice house.... Happy

I am not sure about the eye direction. Maybe you can ask the seller why some GY eye look far, some look down...etc...

When choosing, look at GuanYin eye, some look far, some look abit downwards...it depends on you faith to have one...take time to choose, cannot be hurry.

Reason is I also have this problem. When I purchase new washing machine, the technician told me the pipe too high, and told me washing machine might not be powerful enough to throw out water. Cheers!

Hi Neu For your last 2 photos, is that your washing machine pvc tube? (water out)? Seem like it is abit high...and when you place the wm host onto the tube, might afraid the water will not be able to flow out. Hope you get what I mean. Nice nice reno you have. Cheers!!! Happy

Yes, need lots of hard work and time to see our children grow up healthy and naughty too. Must know how to loon. Plesae REMEMBER do not be too nice to the children, I mean you need to let your children know when you angry, you are really angry, to strike fear on them and not they climb over your head. Love and sayang them at heart..... Nowadays, children very very smart, they know your wear point very fast. Just like me, my children dont scare of me. They are climbing all over my head.

Hello....how's everybody doing? The playground is getting more and more pple, very lively and cheerful pple around. When I work moring, I usually will go down and wait for my daughter (zhangda pr) at 6pm. And my son love to go down with me to play football and running here and there. Hello Ladies. Yes now renovation, better lah, cos I really dont like the hor fen stall...very dirty. And coffee also not nice at all. Hope new stall bring good and nice foods and clean too. IMHO....woods are compressd (3 layer wood) where mostly all id/contractors are using. So, doesnt matter whether come from Malaysia or Spore. Probably from malaysia as the labour cost is cheaper than in Spore.

Hi PUR, 1) Better dont remove the red and blue stickers, that is the area that pipes are hidden. In case yr electrician or yr hubby diy any rack, you will know that those area are not meant to drill on it. I am thinking of buying a permanent red and blue marker to draw the line and then took out the red and blue tapes. 2) My toilet grouting lines also terrible!!!! Dirt very hard to get rid of. Now I am using Magic Clean...it really works! NTUC sell 3 bottles per pack. Really can wash out the dark dirt. But not all lah. Some already very hard to clean it white. 3) Yeah, understand how one feel when step on the laminate flooring and heard the cracking sound. Probably there is some air inside. I think have to live with it liao. Cheers. Happy

Hi PUR, sorry to hear that. For grouting lines, you mean the toilet tiles? If yes, you may buy from ntuc (magic clean)...I used that and the dirty line can be washed away...but take times. If you need any electrician, do tell me, as I am going to call my electrician to wire some extra power point and intall new lights and gang switches. For laminates, I think probably due to hollow benealth it. Cannot be help. I am using Singtel broadband, so far so good. Thinking of switching to starhub. But not good? Did you pay up all your renovation costs? If not, dont pay, ask them to see themselves about the worksmanship. Take care!
