Hi LING I have just submitted my defects to them this morning. I dont know I have miss out anything as I just glance thru' only. Tomorrow 11am to 12pm will be at my units to wait for the pub to activate the water and electricity. Only then can check the toilet and basin and whatever pipes we have (just pour water on it and hope that the water can drain down the pipe)! Wondering why electrical cable is lay on the floor before wet works begin? What if it was demage? Most likely doing shelter racks in HSS as my present house got so many barang barang especially childrens things. HAPPY

I read somewhere (I forgot where) that if a good id/contractors, normally they will be very busy renovating houses after houses and not station at the expo waiting for customers. 1 thing I learnt is do not deposit money for the 3d drawing.

Is it because of the renovation period? They use water and electricity?

Agreed with WEI. There is a certain risk...somewhere you nvr know. And finding a best id/contractor with 100% tip top condition is difficult. There bound to be somewhere that is not right. In the end, as what WEI said, Trust and Comfortable with your id is a must.

I agreed with TAI. There bound to be pro and con. You will never have a total 110% perfection for any ID/Contractor in Spore. Some pple will compliment while other will complain. Just like you are in the office, there are good and bad side of you. Some section of your appraisal is good, while others are marginal. Same as the IDs/Contractors Just like I pick Classic Design doesnt mean they are the best.
