    The Hansgrohe salesperson at the Mohd Sultan showroom told me that I need at least 3 bar of water pressure. In fact, she told me that if I didn't have 3 bar water pressure, she will not sell me the rain shower as I will return to complain.

    I have a Minix box. I can watch tons of free movies, tv shows, documentaries, etc. Going to stop my Netflix and Starhub accounts.

    That's my worry - whether the paint colour I choose will turn out too dark or too light. Somehow, what is in the catalog doesn't usually translate to real life.

    Just a thought, have you thought about switching your master bedroom and WIW? Better flow, can change the moment you come out of the shower and vice versa. Just my two cents.

    From what my ID is telling me, toilet accessories can wait a bit. Get the toilet bowls first, then get the accessories later. Use this method if you don't have time to get all at one shot.

    I don't know the superstition about having a fan over your bed, but I was told that constant movement caused by the fan would mean that you would not get a restful sleep. For me, the phobia of the fan dropping on me while I sleep prevented me from having a fan over my bed.

    Hi Huiamos, Congrats on getting your place. My reno journey is also about the same time as yours. Very exciting times indeed. Will follow your T-blog to share ideas and give support! As for your sofa, I was also looking at those from Hipvan. I was told that if you like things from Hipvan but want to physically see the furniture, can go to Comfort furniture as they carry very similar stuff.
