Can move in liao! I love your kitchen color combo! The bottom cabinets + black countertop was offsett-ed by the white top cabinets thus the whole kitchen aint so dark. !! !!

Hi Kat, Personally whd prefer the option 2 layout for the kitchen. In that case, whoever is staying @ BR 3 will not find his/her way 'blocked' when walking out from the rm if there happened to be ppl using the dining table. Then you can have extra workspace in the kitchen because the entrance is shifted nearer to the service yard. In option 1's kitchen, that space is wasted. Can't build anything there as it'll obstruct the entrance to the service yard...

Erm... can i know what is the difference between a Austscreen door and the normal glass doors that comes ith the contractor when we are renovating our homes? !!

Hihi.. Personally whd prefer 1 main con to do all. But then again, you may have to find one tt can be trusted. Of course hubby n I will do spot chks @ odd timings still (1/2 day leave on an ad-hoc basis), but not tt freq like daily lor. Unless you have the time to supervise each part of the work. Perhaps you can chk out other forummers t-blogs in here. Some had outsourced the electrical part to other ppl.
