everyday use the magic clean mop lor..quite difficult to maintain cos fur everywhere, those allergic to fur cannot come my house..but no choice leh, no matter what, i will not give up my dogs..they are my owners and i am their slave morever they are paper trained, so everyday got to kio sai i consider lucky as i already gotta 2 months extension from buyer, who know kana played out by the seller so angry..everything was planned according to timeline but this #^%$^%$^ seller backed out..zzz thinking to rent for 1 month also difficult leh, cos rent must be very expensive..cant go back own home and stay cos some allergic to dog fur, some place too small etc. think we are easy to move around but not my dogs, cos not many people like dogs wor, and i couldnt bear to leave them at boarding place for 1 mth too..guess wherever they can go then i follow lor..we expect to do reno mid-end may and move end june, and handover of current flat is early june..haiz duno how leh are you going to rent flat too? yours is how many room flat? new or resale? is the quote from ideal house reasonable? huh si mi daybed? sorry hor, me a bit slow i can take more pics provided you tell me wats that...kekek hahah welcome to spam, come frequently wor

ID told me HDB will not approve the ventilation fan in toilet and he told me just buy the ready made from KDK and design is quite nice, dun need to cut anything, just install near window panel that side can already..

how much you spent on switch alone for your whole house? not under ID right? mean you buy and self install ah? or maybe i can nego with my ID and tell him change for me FOC and use feng yip brand..i only heard that this brand quality is so so nia btw, where is Zenttera Int'l ? i saw your blog le glad to hear that. got pics to share? or i go n search your blog later i just walked in to ideal house and said i am looking for designer. he just came and serve us..seems like he is quite creative just told him my budget and after discussion, he said definitely burst! but...we can fine tune the quotation later and i will try to work out something.. so i felt that he is quite sincere and he doesnt behave like some other IDs do "oh need how much etc, this budget cannot bla bla" hmm..seriously our budget is like not more than 30K for a 3 room resale..or maybe i am asking for too much things? 30K also not enough ah?
