i have seen some of them are meant to be mounted on the false ceiling, any idea will it create an issue if it is dragging in moist air from the bathroom versus those that are mounted on the window glass which will throw it out into the open. Thanks.

I am using fascina for my whole house. From what you are describing, it could be similar to what i have. I do not have a fix panel system, all on folding roller track system that opens up my living room to the back patio where my koi pond is. You need a good system as the door will sag over time due to weight.

lee: i can get the gfa but not sure how they add those external eg. ledges, balcony etc to come up with a build up. My BIL is looking to buy a place near my house but some of the places we saw are intermediate terraces and claimed to have build up of 4200sqft-4500sqft. I am trying to figure out how they do this using my own construction drawing and have not been successful.
