Paiseh i overlooked this post Sincere quoted a rough price of around 200-400SGD for a 7 foot + curtain also dependent on material actually would advise u to go check them out like organza was some crazy price if its double layer i was there by chance as dinner was in the vicinity market rate i think organza (1 layer) plus 1 layer of night curtain around 700 ba not so sure need to go get some other quotes anybody can comment?

  6. Any updates on the prices for BLUM? also wanted to ask hor when contractor quote u, what kind of system they give? BLUM system any premium against others for 2008? so far saw latte's breakdown Cost as follow: 1. tandem runners for wooden drawers for 30kg (4 nos) is $240, so each is $60. 2. metal boxside for 50kg with blummotion for 5nos is $500 3. inner drawer for 50kgs is $95. (inner drawer is useful when you need to partition a single drawer into two, top and bottom. 4. hinges for each is $3.50 5. blumotion is $2.50 each.

Mud possible to advise a reasonable cost for a full length mirror? eg 7 foot mirror have read through some of the recommendations but not sure of the quality Anybody can recommend any good quality/reasonable mirror supplier? saw some in the other posts but have not gotten any quotations yet thanks

Hi CPE I have been busy looking for a contractor of my own care to advise the breakdown of the hacking? is this only for the floor tiles or include the wall tiles? this is what i got from my friend who hired an ID cum contractor 4 room flat total cost 2.7k To hack existing floor tiles ****, Dining, 3 Bedrooms, Kitchen and 2 Bathrooms. To hack existing Kitchen and 2 Bathroom's wall tiles. To dismantle existing kitchen cabinet. To hack existing sink/cooker support. To hack portion of wall to enlarge Kitchen Entrance. To dismantle 2 Bathroom's sanitary wares, door and frame. Chemical wash and cleaning to whole house. Haulages for loading of materials and clearing of debris off-site. i know theres alot of advice already from previous posts just wanted to ask if this was expensive also not sure of quality but its a friends friend

  13. ah good to hear that now having a headache looking for chandeliers (those that are stuck to the ceiling kind instead of hanging down) went to light craft and a few of the shops in Geylang saw from some of the past posts that some forumers got it for around 500 bucks anybody can advise where are good places to look> no need swarovski crystals

  17. Personally i think Ikea is ex the price of their tabletops are around 115 pfr the last i checked 3 weeks back at this kind of price can get other brands like LG and Samsung liao

Just a brief update Haven been to the places at Eunos yet eg PD Door Been attending some friends birthdays and baby showers Nowadays really plenty of these events Anyway we dropped by Lightcraft at Jln Sultan last week Not a bad collection and prices were not overly exhorbitant At this stage, we were just updating ourselves on the designs and market prices Have not been to Chan Huat at Balestier though and some of the shops that the senior forumers recommended Bought some decorative stuff from Ikea (fake plants) and some pots/pans from WMF Also bought some cutlery early this year during Tangs sale already Our 1st big purchase was from Home2Be Isaiah mattress I538 King size 1499 comes with mattress protector, pillows etc we were actually looking to buy a bed frame as well So may go down to their Joo Seng warehouse as we also need to instruct them when to deliver the mattress to our new place Other than that off to Shanghai this weekend We be looking for some furniture there So wish us luck!!
