Buying Recess Area

Recommended Posts

Hi,

Can anyone update what's the latest procedure in purchasing recess? I will be going for the 1st appointment next month; it'll be great if I can do this application concurrently and by the 2nd appointment all documents can be processed and can then proceed with the reno.

Cheers!

Hi sorry to dig out an old thread. I'm looking at a corner 5rm unit which current owner already purchased the recess area. The area is currently fenced up with wrought iron gate. But is it true that I can't fence up the recess area with wrought iron gate anymore and have to move my main door from original entrance to the entrance of recess area?

Hi, is anyone able to provide with a electrician who is able to help me shift the lighting and the electrical meter out. Apparently this have to be shifted out before the purchase of the recess area. Thanks
