Hacking is usually very cheap and should be completed in 1-2 days, so below $1k seems possible...

ooh I see, this is great cause that means we might be able to save some if we look carefully enough for direct service

though we also got to take note that hacking needs permit and the fella must possess a housing board license rite?

Went over to new house to look at the air-cons again. As we had conceal piping with the exisiting Daikin systems 4 piping.

We like to remain using back the current piping to our new Mitsubishi System 4.

If not .. we had to hack away the cornices in order to install the new aircon. Our hacking is on Wednesday so we need to look into this fast.

Will be asking the aircon contractor to come have a look asap..

Need advise whether the outdoor units piping are alright?

can apply permit to change to dark sliding window ? then keep it closed ( or covered ) ?

Replace new fan : S$50, Install new fan : S$40

Replace all Switches bundle : S$250

Replace light : $8 each

Replace downlight 20mm : $5 each
