Just a quick update on the revised drawings. The storage cabinet below the shoe cabinet seat and the lighting for the TV feature wall have been incorporated into the drawings.

As for the bar counter, we are not sure if we should have the black laminate stripe at the edge or to have it all red (see below drawing). Which one nicer?

i like the all red one..

nice 3Ds btw.. :dribble:

Thanks. That's 1 vote for all red! :)

After looking it over and over again, I think the all red looks better too.

Hmm... For the small cabinet below the seat (the shoe cabinet area)... I think it needs to be revised again as I feel that the whole black cabinet door (below the seat) doesn't really look too good with the adjacent black and white stripes.

Revised drawings - As advised by newnyew, we got our ID to modify the dresser with round edges and also have the design for the drawers below the seat at the shoe cabinet area changed to my liking.

The base for kitchen and service yard were already done up when we visited the house on 16 May. So are the aircon trunking and water piping.

Ceiling work were done on 25 May and we were quite pleased with the curved ceiling design in our living room. It is designed to be like a walk-way to our living room area from the foyer.

Painting were completed upon our visit on 27 May. We have lily white for our living room and marina blue for all our bedrooms. Noticed that the aircon trucking had been boxed up too. Unfortunately, I saw a box up in the master bedroom (bottom part) which I thought it doesn't look too good. Has requested Sunny to redo it.

Our new purchases...

We had bought our kitchen sink & tap, MBR basin & tap as well as hood and 2 towel ring from Heritage Bathroom Gallery located at Geylang. The price is cheap as they are having 40% discount till end of May. We were served by Steven Low who is patient and friendly. Unfortunately, we forgot to take pictures that time.

We also went to IDA lighting, located at Jalan Bukit Merah Blk 28, to purchase our lights from the knowledgeable and friendly Tony Ng. Price wise is also cheaper than most of the shops we visited. We purchased the following:

- 6 Units Of 2*13W Square PLC For Living Room

- 2 Units Of 2*18W Square PLC For Kitchen

- 2 Units Of 2*13W Square PLC For Toilets

- 1 Unit Of 2*13W Square PLC For MBR Entrance

- 1 Unit Of 2*18W Round PLC For Foyer Area

- 2 Units Of Dual LED Downlight For Wardrobe Area

- 2 Units Of 35W Halogen Light For Bomb Shelter Display Area

- 2 Units Of 2*13W Downlight For Service Yard & Bomb Shelter

- 1 Unit Of 2*36W Normal Ceiling Light For Bedroom 3

- 1 Unit Of Hanging Light For Bar Counter

- 1 Unit Of Britz Doorbell

Light For Bar Counter Area (Using Only 1)
