You can go to HDB reception, request to speak to an officer regarding your situation

I have a lady friend in similar situation, younger than 35 and no kid from her divorce marriage. Her parents have their own HDB.

In the end, HDB does not allow her to keep the HDB and she had to sell it off. Now she can only wait for a few years and buy HDB when she hits 35.

I have actually called up HDB to enquire but the officer just told me can try to appeal.

Anyone who has the similar situation as me ever succeed in appealing to HDB?

i know of a friend that wasn't successful as well. So she also waited till she is 35 years old.

I don't know anyone successful in this type of case where parents have HDB.
