Woke up this morning to several whatapp pictures from our contractor. The workers have started painting our house and our contractor said we may be getting the carpentry works sometime next week. Things are really moving along very quickly!

Oh I see, do let me know how it develops, in case I face the same problem later on. :)

Ok my water & gas piping problem clear, the tech from city gas was indeed pro giving me advise on how the piping run

My gas heater same install in svc yard gas pipe run to stove & gas heater

Tap cold water inlet at svc yard washing area to heater

Lastly just tap the exsisting hot water pipe in toilet to heater will do

This was the idea given to me by city gas tech

Indeed no MRT system piping problem :yamseng:

Which model heater will you be getting?

City Gas CS was recommending Prima MA-10FE instead of the newer Rinnai model

I got the Prima MA-10FE. It was recommended by my contractor, who knows someone working in citygas. :)

I'm so happy to see the progress at our house today! The mess has been cleared up, and now the house looks bright and clean! I'm thinking of doing some cleaning up before the carpentry works are fixed so that it won't be so much work once the reno is completed. Any advice on this?

Now your house looks so bright. Painting white for the house is a right choice. It will make your house looks more spacious. Hope you can maintain the clean look when you move in.
