Have collected the keys a couple of months back, the previous owners had already hacked away the walls at balcony, study and change the direction of toilet doors.

After visiting numerous IDs, i decided to ask them go fly kite . So end up, we decided not to go with ID, therefore would appreciate any help or suggestions from you guys along the way

This one - i couldn't accept! Was mad when i saw it. Made me realise one thing, if your contractor goes missing, reports sick etc. Better Monitor closely

In love with these drain covers but duno can last or not ...

Favourite buy from TaoBao .. think all - including the valve like 20 plus Sgd .. Heard must have valve or else pressure too strong will spoil easily

Took me a while to figure out what was wrong with the small window! Oh dear I better be better when I look at my own reno for faults. Out of curiousity, what is the small window for? I've never seen one before!

No idea what is it for, all units in my blk has them in the service balcony..

Faults unavoidable one lah, even my brand new tiles some already chipped, luckily not obvious for me coz my tiles got pattern so not very obvious

Been looking around but seems like carpentry all very ex so decided to do a pole system and enclose it with glass later on

1800 for the pre pack cement materials, labour about 6.3- 2 toilets and kitchen wall + floor

Think i kinda overspend on tiles, my tiles were about 5k
