The very strong winds came again this morning at 3 am, bringing down trees in various parts of Singapore. When I went for my morning run this morning at the East Coast Park, the jogging track was strewn with all kinds of fallen branches and leaves. According to Channel News Asia, this is the result of a Sumatran squall and the wind speed near the West Coast Highway reached a top speed of 103.7 km per hour. Looks like the strong winds hit only the southern parts of Singapore. Those living in the north reported no such winds. http://www.channelnewsasia.com/news/singapore/more-sumatra-squalls/1149442.html This time I had secured all my outdoor furniture but still the sofa was shifted by the wind, and one side panel of my jacuzzi was yanked off by the wind.

Hi, small breeds are HDB approved which I think should not weight over 15 kg. 1 dog per house only. Golden retrievers are unfortunately not approved...

The rain was really very sudden and heavy this evening, with very strong winds. Doors and windows were blown open, and two young Eugenia Trees were brought down. Up on my roof terrace, the wind was strong enough to move my heavy BBQ set (but it has wheels) and topple my mahjong table. My outdoor sofa cover, cushions, shoes and door mat went flying. All these captured by my web camera on my roof terrace. It is good to be able to know what happened, especially if you were not there.

Dust is one thing, the other thing to consider is also the need to put all our clothing, bags and shoes in a boutique like condition at all times. That's hard to achieve consistently! Your carpentry is coming up very nicely, camping for more pics

And my first batch of singsale order has come! Pasta maker (S$22) Shall post here next time when I make my first handmade pasta Another cast iron pan (small one) (S$19) Knife set (S$69) The brand is called classica, never tried before, shall compare it after I try with the cast iron pan I bought from La gourmet. From singsale is way cheaper though! I got my La gourmet cast iron pot and cast iron pan for 199 during Courts megastore sale. I already thought it was very cheap as Robinson selling it very very expensive. Just for the griddle already 200+ and the pot like 400+ But when I saw singsale the classica brand they are selling the pot for 40! and the pan like 25! I felt super cheated but I feel like still must buy something from there since it's so cheap, so I bought that small cast iron pan for 19! whoahahahaha

Maybe you should call my vendor? But check price first and let me know. Apart from the silly coupon gimmick, they are quite efficient. When you call from your home line, they immediately know where to deliver the LPG gas as they track your number. Thank you!

You can actually do the cleaning yourself instead of paying someone to do it, you just need to get hold of the chemical In my case i use something called HCL89. I usually get it from http://hcl89.byethost10.com or http://hcl89.atwebpages.com What it does is that it cleans your tiles and also helps to create a protection for it so that always remains new. This way when you do the cleaning yourself you will be able to do it more effectively than just getting someone to do it Hope this helps you out

Just done up my kitchen and both bathroom which cost my hubby $16,888. Infact I really like my new looking kitchen and toilets now : ) I would think that anything around $20k will be reasonable for kitchen and 2 bathroom renovation.

Why PM?? Good reviews should be public. Bad reviews should also be public, the contractor can also have a chance to sound out his side of the story. Worst case if a competitor pose as house owner and start pming members that other firm cheat them etc, the other firm cannot defend thrmselves cos they were not privy to the PMs.
