i intend to "hide" my MBR toilet with a feature wall c/w sliding door ..hv to spend $ on this cos my bed will be directly facing the toilet which is nt gd for FS purpose as for common toilet door so far nv see anyone hiding it before ..or mayb u wana consider a tempered glass door??

i tink its the norm for buyer's agent to take maybe 1% commission frm seller cos a lot of paperwork involve during selling etc...unless u are an agent urself then maybe u can do a contra i guess
