WAH quietly sia... MmMM Smallboy you might be in for a surprise... I had plumbers, electricians, carpenters, plasterers, painters all in my house in one day. No less than 15 people walking ard, including ah soon, myself and my dad. it was SO CRAMPED! On the 23rd of Dec my house is still a wreck. In fact on the morning of Christmas Eve it was still a wreck... and on the evening at 7pm when I got there it looked like it was in move in condition already. It's not that he can perform miracles but he really tries to finish asap cos he pays them by the day. He can't afford for delays. He hates them too.

mmm These companies pay to be under Radac so it doesn't really mean anything... Maybe it makes it easier to claim for things if things go wrong? We changed the rubbish chute cover to the stainless steel one that closed better but still arranged for it to be covered with a slim cabinet. But the doors were brought back to be changed so there were a few days when the chute was exposed.... and there is an occasional whiff of rubbish floating into the kitchen now and then... so we were relieved when the doors came back.

Since he is hacking on Wednesday, then tiling will take place from Fri/Sat and spill over to the following week so you should be safe.
