heh I think clockwork knows that she has to pay for the valuation wor. She did mention... the only thing here is that the agent said the flat was going for BELOW valuation.. but if haven't do valuation how they know it is below le?! that was one of the thing that struck me ba. it's like delivering half the truth only.

For that few days my contractor too busy to reply me wor and i was very worried... but now he's back in action! yay! I got my renovation permit already and hacking will start on 28th! We can watch our house progress together!!

Nope just a thicker piece of wood... about one and a half times of what they used for the cabinet door. But like I say... the contractors who went and saw also say no good. Probably they never clean, never put anything much inside? no gas tanks cos run on gas pipes...

hehe though the backing will reduce grout lines but oil and water can seep into the back, between the backing and the wall, causing oil marks to appear after a few years. got pros and cons la. I also putting stainless steel. -

huh. ya pentalite all that is easier to touch up la. it's the stuff they use in commercial buildings for more practical purposes but got limited colours though some are really nice. But $1400... huh now you better ask.. got include pipes, door and door frames or not... he make u choose between pentalite and vinilex only then maybe dun have... ceiling? then got sealant? lol although sometimes these things take for granted cos our ID and contractors are "honest" but yours... dun really seem so honest liao.
