we also shown our wedding albums during banquet and so far the albums are still in good conditions. then before the banquet started (all the guests were sitted) we shown our photo montage.

my hb fetched me early in the morning (about 7am) from my mum's house then we had tea ceremony at my mum's house first. after that, my hb brought me back to his dad's house for tea ceremony then back to my mum's house again (after 12pm to symbolize it was after 3 days for the bride to go back to her parents' house). nowadays, seldom people really wait for exactly 3 days later to go back to the bride's parents' house liao. everything has been short-cut liao. but in between the fetching journey, we also went to our new house so that there was "ren qi" lor. when we went back to my mum's house and his dad's house we must pray the ancestors lor. very important ok.

orh, you mean my hb has a 福 face is it? how did you know? that time i only posted a very small avatar of our wedding photo; like that you also could see so clearly. my BS coordinator had given me her hp bcos more convenient lor if wanted to sms or call her when she wasnt in the shop. i guess no problem la.

hi LL. you intend to get a OPC huh? but you must think very carefully before you commit yourself into buying a OPC lor. if in future you want to convert to normal car then you have to pay a lump sum of money. btw, have you gotten your driving license yet??? my advise is you get your driving license first then think about buying a car. its more practical in this way bcos you need to produce your driving license before you are allowed to buy a car. compare OPC and normal car, OPC is cheaper (installments, COE and road tax are cheaper; i'm unsure about insurance). although OPC is cheaper BUT there're a lot of restrictions! i dont find the red plate is ugly. i just dislike too many restrictions for OPC liao. i read somewhere that in year 2009 the price of cars are going to increase to reduce the number of cars in spore. so, if you really want to buy a car so must be quick.

so far, our upstairs neighbours didnt keep any "elephant pet". but they used to have another problem which was dipping wet laundry/wet mop. after we went upstairs and told them twice then everything is ok liao.

mopping is the most tiring job! my house is EA and the house is quite big. sometimes, i have to mop the whole house myself when my hb is busy. scotch brite mop is good but you have to squeeze the mop dry using HANDS!

sometimes, you really have no choice but to give up your job temp to take care of your babies/children. i believe nothing is more impt than your own babies/children.

but sometimes too many people follow you to the BS and there'll be a lot of different opinions/comments until you may get confused yourself. as long you like the design and feel comfortable when you wear them then ok liao mah. when i chose the gowns only my hb followed me to the BS so that i could slowly choose until the ones i liked most.

some pple will still tell the bride and bridegroom directly leh. dont be surprised. i had a few ex colleagues told my ex colleague (the bride) that on her AD the food was so-so. oh, after cny. then you can slowly choose lor.

but they can also keep quiet, right; no need to compliment at all. i ever attended some weddings whereby some of the guests gave bad remarks. eg, food isnt nice la, inconvenient venue la, the bridegroom and bride so and so la etc. anyway, hope you can get more choices upon the new arrival gowns. !!

frankly speaking, we also spent quite a lot for our wedding. hehe. but SOMETIMES think back again then feel not worth for just one night/day. but SOMETIMES think again and still worth it. dilemma. hehe. end of the day, what make you feel good is complimentary from your guests. then you'll feel everything is worth it lor. this is how i feel myself when our guests complimented about our wedding.

ya. it was displayed at the foyer during the cocktail reception for the guests before the banquet started (also before we marched in). the fruits were delicious bcos our guests ate non stop. haha. some of the guests even thought the fruits were fake; only for display purpose. haha. but they were wrong la. the fruits were edible la.

provided only alter slightly looser. if want alter a lot looser then should have problem. also must provided the gown has enough extra cloth to be loosen. usually, MTM packages are slightly more expensive (the extra charges have already included in the packages liao) than OTR packages. traditionally speaking, MTM is always more expensive than OTR.

gowns can only be altered if the growns are too loose. if the gowns are too tight then cannot alter liao bcos not enough cloth to do so. !! the gowns only wear for one night so no point pay extra for MTM if can find nice ones OTR. spending so much time, money and effort to prepare a wedding which only last for one day/night. sigh.

i recommend chan bro. i always took chan bro package when travelling. their services are good and meals are not bad too.

LL, usually BS will encourage to MTM bcos MTM is more expensive than OTR. whether MTM or OTR its ok as long as u must feel comfortable wearing with e gowns eventually.
