can lah, if you volunteer to stay back and help me clean up the place after the gathering. onz bo??! whether all the big babies can come and ransack and tear down my place is all dependent on whether u will volunteer to stay back and clean liao! regardless on what time the gathering ends.. onz?!

that is the pattern of my gambling trend. every CNY is like that. first few rounds santa, but at the end most of the time they will curse and swear at me. that's why they always aim me when got family gathering :x me ahh.. u look at the big crowd of relatives we had there y'day... and that was not even full attendance hor.... my 5 room flat will burst if I open house.... and esp when I am at clementi and most of the relatives are around me... attendance should be fuller..... so i most likely won't have but just open door to them as and when they wanna come up and see. like that more manageable. y'day, though not my house but ahhh after i reach home i realise wahhh shack man!!

beginning rounds I was santa claus, by the end i won back all and make a slight profit hahahahah it's always like that year in year out but they just like to give me pocket money :x

blackcar as spoken my things are in there but physically i am still at mil's place. Cos i wanted to unpack all swee swee liao then I move in with my boys.. but i am unpacking at snail pace... so far only manage to throw some clothes into the wardrobes... the rest are all still in the box.... maybe if tomorrow got mood i'll just lay the bedsheets and just move in and sleep there liao.....

i was thinking if it is the pipe upstairs that is choked, shouldn't the town council tell the neighbour on your behalf rather than u having to approach the unfriendly neighbour on ur own?

for me is not life and death so i am pretty cool about it. though I am getting a bit sianz liao.. my weekday offs can't go anywhere except staying in for them to tidy and touch up certain things. next thursday my stainless steel backing will be up.. then electrician will come in to do the final power pts and i hope i am done... as for my carpentry... still got some place i not very satisfied... sigh.....

the proper way to do it is the have to hack around the rebars to expose the rusty part. even the top part.. sand away the oxidise part, probably need to apply a coat of chemical to protect the rebar then re-cement it back. if they simply just use cement to patch back whatever drop off, very soon it'll drop off again. Blackcar, if do false ceiling hor, if there are further spalling hor, will the concrete lumps that drop off hit the false ceiling and cause damage?

piggybear u are renovating ur existing place? if that is the caes where u gonna stay and place ur stuffs?
