item (b) meant the internal of the cabinet will be using the normal white PVC instead of fanciful/coloured laminates. the exterior of the cabinet u can still choose laminates of your choice. hope that helps.

mine partially suspended but not really so high leh the suspension. if u like the suspended one u should ask him to do it in accordance to your liking. For my case initially contractor also do sala, do the full base for me. After that they hack off the part that is supposed to be suspended. Also suspended cabinets doesn't mean below totall no support. For mine there is still a base at the back to give additional support cos granite top can be quite heavy. hope the above helps

those are sanitary pipes, you are right unless upgrading if not they will not repipe de. also not all upgrading projects will go re run the sanitary pipes. The more immediate danger is chokages and contractors may need to access the "cleaning eye" to clear the choke.
