Maybe it’s the sofa... Did the smell come when the sofa was delivered? Could be the leather, foam or other material from the sofa soaked up some water/liqueur? Any spilled milk, drink food on the sofa b4? Jus thinking, if the smell is stronger where there’s strong sun light/shine probably it’s the area where some stuffs was left there to dry or something? Thanks, I have got better since. As far as I can rem, the aircon guy wrap it til there… so I guess the painter din move the wrapper at all.. Well, my ID will be arranging last painting job after I have move in, no change of colour thou. That’s really when we, as the owner, can spot all or most of the areas to be touch up.. (same for carpentry, wiring, or other reno jobs) Maybe u can talk to your ID on this arrangement too… ask him to allow you to arrange for a last painting touch up within 1-3 months after u move in. Similar design bro… I been scouting for coffee and dining table too, and I find S & C prices are quite attractive. Can’t say so for their sofa thou. S & C have a few catalogues of coffee n dining tables, and Melvin quoted 300 and 1000 respectively. Not sure if it’s standard pricing to all customer. if u managed to get cheaper price please let me know I’m lookin at dining table with tempered glass of length 1.6-1.8 meters, with 6 matchin chairs. Coffee table similar to the design… No harm going there seeseelooklook, compare around.

He requested me not to drill or nail the walls, dun wan me to spoil his work.. Jus consolidate all the hanging items, then call him to arrange for his workers to come fix it up for me… Taking over this weekend liao… Coz my move-in date is on 11th May, so I’ll still have time to move my stuffs over…

If u or ur partner saw something u like, I guess u will be able to rem the price of the item(s). i bot the dining light for 440 at chelsea, other shops, quoted 490 up, discounted from 550 for similar design. Maybe we look like Robert or dunno how to ask the foyer light should be cheaper at Chelsea, as we saw the identical one else where.. the main light could be slight more expensive by $20-30 saw a smaller one elsewhere at price range of 220up coz I’m installing only one light at main living room, so we jus go ahead with this one, as it’s bigger and should be brighter ba… overall, I hope it’s cheaper ba.

My frens have engaged him b4, he’s still responsive after HO, so not much to worry about. I have quite a few thins to hang, clock, ornaments and some book shelves which I might wanna buy from Ikea. He requested me to consolidate all the things and he’ll arrange his carpenter to visit my place to install them..

Hi there, Sorry for the slow reply, as I’m down with flu, was feelin horrible over the weekend. At least now I’m much better… I took some pics, and the paint seems quite nicely done. At least the painters have taken effort to make sure those areas where the paint and brush can reach have been painted. More pics at my simple blog…

One of the concern is that, whether one main light will be bright enuff for the living room… Looks like it’s bright enuff.. Gonna have a small study area on the right side of the wall.. Download movies, play movie, pics from computer… So divider comes with cable points… if $$ not concern would have bot TV with lan function….

Air con was installed, aircon guys help to wrap up the blower, lastly, paintin was done. So far, I only check those areas where I can see, from where I stand… By my standard, the finishing (paining) is consider quite good.. Note, I din do plastering… So wall surface abit uneven…

Very open concept… lookin nice, but I guess it’s not easy to maintain.. I'm a lazy person... MBR toilet using see thru glass??? Anyway, my cousin regrets doing that… Quite inconvenient, coz need to close main door when using toilet… Any mirror(s) in the MBR?

that Phillips TV is goin at 11-1200 I guess now fridge also cheaper le… I’m lookin at F & P, a lot of my frens and relative using F & P, design wise, not that great but it’s a durable and reliable brand.
