wow smartie, this layout is very similar to my current house (i'm moving to another in few mths) and mrspiglet's too but my MBR door was perfectly aligned with main door, so no privacy. congrats on your purchase, looking forward for pics!

Hi rdnest, very nice house you got there. i really like all your carpentry work, our furniture also has almost the same colors as your wall features in shelter and living room. what type is your laminate that's leather like? our furniture is leather surface form lorenzo and has the same color as your laminate. and the mirror in tv wall feature is tinted brown mirror? love your lightings as well, may i know how much and where did you buy the black chandelier and foyer light? the foyer light is exactly what we're gonna get as well. thanks.

oh i think your current spot for breakfast table is my current place for dining, it's in between kitchen door and tv console area right? noticed your wardrobe system is from another contractor closet design? nice system you got there! yeah that's why we engaged Yeak instead of ah soon, but from frontier concept in imm i got a reasonable quote also, only about 1.5k higher than yeak's quote and we are quite comfortable with the ID, so now deciding between the two, i think frontier is more expensive but can give us better design input, but yeak's quote is better and angel/roamca/rondy's house are nicely done by yeak, so a bit confused here hehe.

your money spent is definitely worth it, it's a lot of works for $20900, ah soon's price is the best too bad i cant speak hokkien/mandarin so will be hard to communicate. but your kitchen door is really special leh, it's timber with white glass strips? very classy look! where do you plan to put your dining table in the end? because of the beam in the middle, we had to place ours near the kitchen so that we can put hanging lights

wow metal, that a very good prive on the TV le... yesterday i was at HN warehouse sale philips 42" ambilight was still ard 1799. lucky you hehe... i have older philips model, it's a good brand for lcd, so tempted to buy another one since it's very cheap, but waste of money, decided not to buy in the end.

Hi Metalsubzero, yea we chose this one because of the layout, there is a big window opposite the balcony too, near kitchen, so the sunlight and view can go both ways hi pinklady, always admired your house especially your kitchen color, perfect combi! we don't have much budget for reno already, maybe only 15k since not much to do, but maybe no space for WIW since floor area is big but wasted by the planters as well the view is the greenery at tanglin and some orchard view, i heard from the opposite window can see the faint sea view if not blocked by the tall HDB hehe yeah i know what you mean, although your layout is exactly the same as my current home, my home's main door is aligned to MBR door so not very nice, your layout is much better in that sense. love what you did with the kitchen as well.
