I am the 1st and yet you nv see me.... haha just kidding. Currently still staying at my parent place which is ave 10 st53. New house which is at ave 3 dont know what street, just signed with ID havent move in yet.

Hi Pinklady, I been staying in AMK all my life too. Good thing is convenient to go anywhere and lots of 24 hrs coffee shop around. Cant think of any bad thing... (maybe i am biased)

Not for the moment yet, still waiting for 2nd appt. I having this problem too, hope to have a partition cos staying low floor too. But worry that the area is too narrow to put a L-shape sofa.

Hi littleones, congrats on your new miracle house. I had the same layout as yours and our proposed layout for living/kitchen is the same also. But is the sofa very near to the tv with the shoe cabinet as partition?

Mine is a 4NG, so far the ID i quote not changing the window, grills and door, overlay 3 bed room. Some carpentry work all exceed 30k or near without electrical.

If that is the case, I think I will give them a miss.

Me too had a same situation previously, only diff is my owner no room for nego he just cancel the 1st appt without our consent. Try asking them out for more understanding/nego but no reply until we seek lawyer to send a Letter of Demand. Now waiting for my 1st appt which is on 21 Apr after resubmit again. (keep my finger cross)

Thanks Tower, my agent wouldn't let me nego to 2nd appt so have to pay on the 1st. Shd have read his forum earlier
