wow you are gonna have more than 20 cove lightings??? have to tell you lor cove lightings give very nice effects and feel to the house... i'm also thinking of putting light in the wardrobe...update any ideas k? saw somewhere seems like ikea has something like that battery operated....

maybe do like what mrs piglet say, do partial....or get more answers why it will be the same after plastering...i can see a vast difference for painting on smooth walls and uneven ones....cause i've both.... did they use sealer for you before painting? patchy patchy sounds like uneven painting....when i use darker colours, if never paint properly will be patchy....

hehe...i went to those old shop houses paint shops...the paint is cheaper and eversince we did our own painting, i've learned alot about painting....like sealer is actually quite important and some might not use the good brand for that which could result in poor paintjob not obvious now but future....also for us we get to choose a few different colors...i realise most quotations come with certain no of colours....along the way we mix and match some colours to achieve different effects....after saying all these if no time or interest in painting, then its better to leave to the expert....remember to check with them if they paint the door frames.... your handover is fast....the last time i spoke to hubby, he say you might be choosing defong....* has pretty good reviews as well....isn't is fun to see the transformation of your house?

hi hi!!! was thinking when you gonna appear? i've to calculate but it should be less than 1K....but one thing my house previous paint job sucks....so we actually spend a lot of time getting rid of old paint and giving it fresh coat....actually our rough estimation should about 500-700....hai~~no choice got to spend more... have you decide on your contractor/id? when are you starting reno?

did plastering? if not den depends on conditions....mine got one line one line....some more quite obvious kind...now i gotto use decals to decorated the walls....my children's was so uneven that airon and the laminate skirting not straight....

aubrey in a good way have educate all of us on the quality of the wood used...most of the times we just leave it to the contractor to handle....at least now they know consumers not gong gong one....
