Hmmmm i am oso having water pressure problem. I'm on the 7th floor. Did check with the store i bought my rainshower but they told me mine was 0 Tick water efficiency. Which means no filter to stop water flow to save water. However I think BD said Royal Franko shows him inside did have 1 rubber stopper and once took out the water pressure is pretty good. I tried taps and stuffs and ya the water dont seems as good as my old place. I'm thinking issit old 20yrs flat i purchase which is y have this problem.

Downlights and clove lights nice la ! If i got $ i oso wana make whole hse as such so no ugly casing. But really too ex until i bth scold @#@!# ahahah ! The metalic mosaic looks very the ex :x I did have plans to tile up blue mosaic over my chute area for nice contrast but gave up due to the cost.

LOL Bo bian leh initially this sofa caught my eye during my 1st visit to Cellini liao. But due to material and SIZE. Yah size, the sofa can stretch till 3m ! too big leh ! mine space max can only accomodate 2.5m max. So most probably I can only place 1 kidney shape sofa 2.1m as main sofa. The sliding pc will have to merge with ottoman stool which will put it around balcony area as cosy area maybe. Gotta wait till it arrived then decide. But will be asking the delivery man not to fix up the sofa as 1 pc lol

If you often have frds/relatives slp over then i understand why you added another 1 room. Coz for me big living room is very shiok shiok 1. Compromise the space for more room only if really required if not I prefer leave the living room big n spacious for kids to roam about

Very good house layout leh ! The house so squarish is ideal for designing Most of the placement of furniture and stuffs are pretty ideal for your layout. My only comment might be the common toliet, if can shift the door facing the WC will be better. You will not worry if water will seep out during bathing and a option to add showerscreen if you want to have 1.

Hmmmm quite true. Have to tell your ID you dont accept copper piping and the pvc pipe. Maybe they think you will be painting over the pipe. Just tell them you prefer stainless steel pipings and change all to it. But of coz in long run the stainless steel will still erm.... get rusty or tainted. But heck later on then say ! Look nice now is more impt
