can u post a pic instead? as i m trying to figure out what u mean by cover the electrical wires of the false ceiling. If u wanna patch the wall or gypsum board, most of the white sealer will able to do the job.

Ok guys, is possible that Chandelier cost under $400, in fact can be under $350. Then again the crystal quality is so so only. Yest i brought mine at $320, will furnish details when it is delivered on the quality and service of this shop. Oh!! one more thing, is definitely crystal and not plastic!! cheers

Depends on yr set up, is it with speaker stand or wall mounted brackets? Whatever it is, ask yr contractors to lay the rear speaker wires before any installation of L box, cornice etc. You can supply the speaker wire to them if you are going for the high end, if not ask yr contractors to get it for u.

that led me to asking why existing air con water pipe (>10 years) can get choke. It is common to all re-sale flats ? Hi, is there a price different if dont replaced the air con water piping for yr entire house? If no replacement of the piping and price diffs would u wanna change it? I m asking as my new place also abt 9 yrs old too, thinking shld i change the entire air con piping. thanks

Ya get a loan approved in principle before u go hse hunting. My package is Sibor + bank rate, coz the Sibor rite now is quite low and transparent too. U can obtain the Sibor rate thru business times. Those who interested can pm me, i recommend my banker to u. Compare and Compare before u sign up ya. Good luck!!

Most of the sharp model. I didnt check since is not within my budget, also i need a smaller size fridge which sharp didnt fit into my requirement. I believe all sharp model can modify to left opening, just ask the sale guy be it Denki, courts etc.......

Guys, today went to IMM Best Denki, i ask the fridge guy apart from LG brand which brand able to open from left instead of right. His reply is Sharp, modify cost is $70. But the fridge price is out of my budget. cheers

For purchase a resale condo here is the deal 1) 1% of the purchase price by cheque under the owner name. Ask yr agent to provides u document proof of the owner details. Yr agent will furnish u a copy of Offer to purchase. 2) Once the owner accept yr offer, yr agent will provides u a document called Option of Purchase. Another cheque is require of 4% of the purchase price. 3) Yr banker will get u a lawyer to coordinate the legal issues etc. In sort, cash involved are 1% + 4% + Stamp Duty (u need to pay upfront but will reimburse after the deal is approved by CPF) bal 15%(using CPF). The above is based on 80% loan approval by the bank. For yr case is 1% + 4% + Stamp Duty (cash) and balance 5% by CPF. Didnt know that now banks giving 90% loan of the property, early of this year for my case is 80%. Hope this helps. Good luck!!!

Me too face this problem when i brought the condo. Owner, management office, developer, lawyer and property agent unable to provide the floor plan for me. Finally I went down to BCA to get one. There's a charge of $20 for searching and $25 for copying. Please note that u wont able to find HDB floor plan for yr condo, only the blueprint of the development. Make sure u provides the correct address when apply thru internet, i got it wrong the first time and $20 is gone. Bring the necessary document such as Option for Purchase etc as a proof of buyer for the unit when going down for the search.
