Hi Ivy, i asked my ID abt the gap that you have, and he said can put those plastic-rubber lining which is used to fill up the gap and i think also to prevent knocking on the edges and causing cracks or chips.

Hi all, some 3D drawings Shoe cabinet...behind the settee supposed to be tea-tinted mirror which the ID did not put in, gonna ask her abt it tml... We find the top portion of the shoe cabinet a bit plain. Any comments? Master Bathroom Living Room

all in all, only reno the kitchen, 2 bathroom, bedroom and living room. 2 other bedrooms are left untouch except for painting and varnishing of parquet floor.

haha...so embarassing, i din know its his thread too.. the prices of the glass doors i got it thru different IDs and because of the price difference, so i ask them why is that so... the glass doors i getting thru ID...but if PD door is way cheaper than what ID quote me, then i will ask the PD guys to install, since i heard that the main problem with PD doors is not the door itself but the installation part.

yup, i din know that Besglas do PD door too...but a few IDs say they do... For swing door, I am getting Aust Screen door, quoted $520. There are China-made ones i think $450 and Singapore-made is cheaper...$350. SORRY Risis!!! sorry to hijack your thread...... waxus, i think we better PM or tok in ur blog or mine...

And i stood firm on not paying any cash no matter what, but i was glad the owner was realistic in the current hdb mkt sentiments, so his initial offer was already 5 k below COV...

i am doing PD door for my common bath room too! but i heard pple saying there will be some probs with it...which i dunno wat. So pls do update me ur findings on the pd door especially the pricing per piece and installation cost, so tat i can compare against the one offer by my ID. thanks!
