hi trev the same WC u can get at quite alot of shops, problem is, how much they wanna charge u?.. i bought the following items from them so they gave me discounts: 1) 1 VRH shower with shower rose 2) 2 WC 3) 1 JOven 35 litres 4) 1 Basin 5) 1 Waterfall tap 6) 1 kitchen basin 7) 2 VRH toilet spray actually not too happy about their after sales ... sales girl is quite blunt type. i bought the JOVEN heater she said she quoted me the horizontal orientation. but when i wanted to change to vertical, she insists i must top up $35-$50. I checked with other stores, its either same price or only $10 difference. was quite unhappy because the feeling is like, u paid 50% deposit hence no bargaining power liao... then the shower mixer, she said i must buy a bracket at $35 since my piping is exposed. anyway can advise on this bracket thing? how does it look like and is it strong enough to secure the mixer? they are quite a 'branded'shop so before u go there, must really do ur homework and make sure NO changes after that, then u can confirm get good deal from them... if u wan the shop contact, pm me

hi forkie, yes, the mr16 are those 3 in a row but the outer casing is rectangle shape... actually i think round should still turn out fine even tou i m like u, i like square.. but if LED is square, it kinda looks funny? hi bat thanks! i need ALOT of luck man... actually i m very anxious to see the result...!

the most outstanding piece i felt is the horse... then the pig, then the rabbit... he dun sell furniture, just that he always travel overseas for his trading stuff... so he got time he will go racky these kind of stuff..

hi forkie i have the same thinking as u until i saw and thought of some alternatives: 1) i use thoe bulb with e27 base, so i can easily replace it with normal bulb. 2) i also use the bulb with mr 16 pin, so i can also easily replace it.. no need to change the whole thing

hi fini actually the best ballast is not ATCO, it is Vossloh-Schwabe (Made in germany). There is one shop that i know of that is selling. But not sure if it is made in germany. it's at kelantan lane... this brand i heard from my friend who is electrician, these is a very good brand that they will use for big projects... don't buy those holders that the tube holder can move one... cus after a while, because of the heat from the bulb, the tube holder plastic will mulfunction --can't move, and worst of all, CRACKS.. this happens to my friend and she got to get the electrician to fix it.. don't believe if the sales people tell u certain brands are better and won't have this problem.. rather go for the conventional ones than to have trouble later on.. jus me 2cens...

i am going to install my downlights all LED (except the cove lighting)..already bought all the items, waiting for the shipment to arrive in 10days time.. not sure of the outcome but i really hope it will turn out well!

I either match or lower than yours! haha... VRH kitchen tap $300 Kitchen basin - all accessories in (except the holder on the right) -- $250 (bargain down from $350!) VRH - Harmony series -- $550 (bargain down from $780!) So called designer WC -- $200 (bargain down from $388!) Toilet basin -- $130 (bargain down from $180!)

i almost fainted when i saw the ugly aircon pipings in my house. especially in my 2nd room, 2 layers of thick piping! will take picture n show u.. but uncle tell me can do box up....

hi trev, r u installing a new aircon? cus i got my aircon from GC. alot of hiccups on the aircon wiring. basically how we wanna run the piping, there may be technical constraints on the layout of piping. best u tell the installer to come n survery n confirm the piping first, then u do ur electrical points.. IMPT: if u are doing those mirror with storage and lights vanity in the toilet, must tel uncle to lay the electrical wiring first BEFORE LAY TILES... also, those place u wanna put electrical point or what, go paste a paper and write there so that nobody forgets..
