NaOH will react and be neutralised with acid. - To clear tiolet (good for ceramic tiles), should put "diluted bleach solution" into bottle/container, spray them over tiles/grooves, wait for a new minutes, brush and rinse, then everything look "new new". Rought surface homo tiles need more strength, don't conserve it, if you want tiles/groove to be looked "new new".
