Simple, no big deal. Junction box outside house, install a 1-to-2 splitter. Split 2 outgoing coaxial cables out to the points where u want(2 scv pts within unit). Can put 1-to 3, or 1-to-4 splitter, if you want more points within house. Need to take care the matching impedance.

Dear Mr. Chong, I've posted the above subject for quite sometime already & invited, so far, only 1 reply. Have read posts in this forum, and found many have misconception on FS, or bluntly put it, misuse the term FS. They linked some "hears & says" and religious(Taoism/Mao San) "practices/belief/culture" to FS. I'm not here to condemn such. Best thing, a house occupies "a few persons" with all different bazi, it is ridiculous to based just on the owner or just one or 2. FS is all about enhancing one's "qi" to counter the "sha", should be based upon achiving the best mix of one's 5-element, not bazi. And it should suit all the persons stayig inside the house. My understanding is, a good fsm should fundunmentally understand the traditional chinese medicine theory of 5-element & qi before he understand how the Geomancy changes influent one's "qi" or the sorces of "qi". However, every actual facts tell us one with good "qi" does not necessarily gurantee him for having "good fortune" or smoother path ahead, but good health is for sure. The study of movement of stars/earth/sun/moon is also linked to FS. The rotation of earth, creating winds at diferent months at differnt direction are crucial, is also a study of FS, but so far see no posts on this except one you mentioned lunar 7th month is when the earth most apart from the sun! With new technologies. human body has been subjecting to low-medium-high-very high-urtra high switching radio waves of differnt strength every split seconds without realising its harm to body, but talking about how the earth's natural north-south magnetic flux affecting the body and should sleep with legs points towards here & there with different bazi! Whether Emulsion(water based) or Enamel paints, both have elasticity when dried. Correct way is to use sharp pen knife to cut along the edge before peeling off. Same applied for silicon. You need to handon more.

Wife always said I'm a "free man". I hardly sit in front of TV. -My mo-in-law does the daily cooking, I insist, the whole family (wife, 2 children, in-laws) sit around & have dinner together & communicate. Mom-in-law stay with us. Father-in-law is just a few block away.

Sliding door is not an issue but casement, must be stainless steel screws at fixing the pivot.

Put water in metal bowl, best can reflect light. Put the bowl under the light, as near as possible. They will fly into the water. -
When I was "young"-20s~30s, I did not believe the "magic power" of these numbers (0-9), especially "4". When grow older, started to feel the "pressure" - If I have choice, why don't avoid "4"? Whether in Hokkin/Teochew/Cantonese, sound "die". I saw some hotels in China/HK/Korea without "4th storey" ,"14 storey", & "24 storey" In 1992, got 1st hand HDB flat, block 94D, unit number 1425(hunger to death is me, mandarin), but 13 floor. Tiles outside flat all "green", my sofa also "green", curtains a bit "greenish". Relatives asked me which I picked this "unit", I just laught. I stayed there 13 years, bought at 124k, sold at 450k in 2007. I hold customary wedding on 13, March, 1993. My second home- a condo, happened to be at 13th floor. Again, relative asked seem I like "3" very much. Now, hdb 5 rm, Blk 414 (die, want die), unit number #23-113 (easy born, want want born). Seem the "4" & "3" follow me closely. I take these numbers just a kind of "symbol".

Passivity, - The reno contract agreement/sale agreement with completion chart. - On line, but all documents must be scanned into soft copies. - Have to pay the 10% first, later IRAS will offerset in subsequent bill. Very much like personal income tax, they tax you more, you appeal, approved and offset later on. - I still keep record of 2006 TA when I rented out whole unit, if u want, PM me. -
Actual happening not always follow plans, btw, having plans are better than no plans. Plans must be realistic, in steps, quantifiable, wulo & talak here & there to correction direction ahead, these are management theories - everybody knows this yet "difficult" to workout. One should be "financially sound"- sensitive to $ and cent & have knowledge on loan/investment, sensitive to overall economic situation/performance, in order to have proper planning. My experience: -Reached 40, hair started turning white. - "Short-sighted" getting from bad to worse, sometimes need magnifying glass for reading. - Memory becoming "short"- long long ago story/person name can recall, cannot recall ppl's name just introduced ! - Teeth started missing dentist. Hobbies should be cultivated while young, if possible. Best hobbies are those can exciser body/train brain activities at the sametimes. Should not spend too much time in front of TV, instead should read more relaxing materials-hobbies' books. - I like line-fishing, have been to all "seasides" of S'pore and a few islands. Have some books. - I love planting, especially catus/succulents. Have quite some books, even ordered from oversea. - I love radio-remote control, especially planes. Use lipo battery as well as nitro. Have made a few home-made plane/gliders which fly. - Love reading ancient chinese "sword fighting" story books. - Swiming/jogging/cycling - Like reading financial news/economics. "hand-on" in stock mkt since 1991. Abt 180k "parked" there. - Got taxi driving liencse, > 10 ys, to standby in case get retrenched. - Have been to more than 20 countries (due to work & holiday) - Have only 80K home loan outstanding- still in lockin period. Move-in this Jan 2010. Don't want to pay penalty to get early full redeemption. - Abt 25K outstanding in car loan, 4 yr to go. Above are what I can be "proud" of. Forgive my inconsistent "flow of taughts" on this subject - simply too wide.

Ya lor, I "almost" hit that. Son in RI sec3, i'am now 46. He will be in army when i reach 50. Already "calculated" this when deciding to have baby. Anyway, can have liabilities cleared is really shiok when reached 50.

Believed you should have received both URA & IRAS's letters. Automatically, IRAS will charge 10% property tax to yr private property, don't worry: - Keep reno record date as earlier as possible, to proof you have moved in right after reno. - Start appeal to IRAS to switch charging P.T 10% to HDB unit(vacant) & 4% to private. - Also appeal to waive off PT tax for period when HDB unit is vacant - reason being looking for tenant....(I think min 3 month, can't remember, sorry) - Get tenant's biodata, send to HDB for approval mentioning TA when to be effected. - Sign TA, tenant move...... - Be careful a clause in TA mentioning Agent entitled to comm if same tenant continues after TA expires, see what u deem fit. -

Indeed, if u've read my previous posting, we like this family at first sight, bright children, polite and well behave/educated. He did not counter offer price, instead, I asked my agent to contact his agent to contact him come down for a "private talk" and at last closed the deal. I invited them to my new place a few days after we moved in. I insisted selling previous home to one who appreciates it. I have uob visa since 1993, wife, 2 children, in-law, myself got saving accts there. Some accts links to other's banks for money transfer, Giro, got link to uob kianhian for eps transfer. My wife got a 2 credit cards from UOB also. Quite complicated and troublesome, I don't like quenuing and don't like visit banks, unless no choice. They lent u umbralla in sunny days and take back umbralla in rainy days, u know. -

Mine is a 32 year old, 5-rm, 119sqm, see quote attached here. 5 horizontal beams within unit, no choice, decide to do false ceiling & L-box to "blend" & "hide" these beams, so not so obvious. Must run cables first(must decide how many lighting pt first) then install the L-shape. No need to service the cable/wires unless....short circuit. PCL light's tubes can be easy removed/installed by removing the glass. False ceiling/L-box once installed become parts of ceiling, remove them? Sure, when you're tire of the design and change new pattern, why not? Time's up. Files removed by bepgof

Lost touch with this mkt, don't know which is best. Younger bro with Prime, 3rd bro with NTUC. Have deposited $1k with NTUC but took back already, many years ago. When need arises then study which is good. Ever though of these "plans" for after 50 yr old.(car loan finish, house loan finish) - Put $200k in stock mkt for "in" & "out". Targetted "average" monthly profit 2K-3K. - Drive taxi, average daily profit = $80-$100 or - buy a 700-800k private residential unit & rent out for monthly "profit" (rental-instalment)= $500-$1K - Drive taxi, avg daily profit=80-100 Any better proposal?

Never mind, just sharing, free to express with intention to "help" but too bad some take it as offensive, attack or whatsoever,btw, a coin has 2 sides, depending on which side u are looking at.. Ya Singapore's $1 coin- quite unique, coffeeshop talk says it has fs design with "bagau" design & hold magic power......I personally saw its "magic" before this coin was circulated. Sometime in 1986, I was in MRTC's AFC section where I had chance to use this coin(before circulation) to make programming/data input in to the CAU(Coin Handling Unit) which is part of the Ticket Vending Machine. Gov is very cautious abt this, before this there was no such $1 coin. The design of this Golden-color with "octogonal frame" is not only unique, the material compositions are also special that it stands differently from the coins circulated in the world. The CAU detects the dimeter/thickness and material of the coins and decide whether "accept" or "reject" after comparing to its memory banks which stored the "accepted" coins' data. In the world, there are many "cheaper" coins which have the same dimeter & thickenss to this Singapore's golden coin, so we tested it. The CAU is able to differentiate this golden coin from the rest of coins in the world -MRT's coin validation sytsem is safe! But not the Note Changing Machine which makes no profit ( $1 note to $1 coin) yet sometime give "extra" or "recognised" paper as legal notes.... -
Admire your courages, should be that way. Life is a process with endless uncertainties ahead. A small step at one go, steady & firm. No u-turn, look ahead. Take it & shoulder it. After ROD in 1984, I stayed in an small electronic firm for abt 6 months before going over to MRTC then seconded to SMRT, there I spent abt 5 years while doing part-time night study for 2 years. Have some previliges to try many "first" - eg The golen $1 coin -Before circulations, started using this coin doing programming into the Ticketing Vending Machine, using other foreign coins -make sure rejected by the machine, this coin has special ingredients, specially designed for MRT. Joined a Service company who posted me to SGH where I cycled under tunnels, saw dead bodies, seeing blood dripped onto visitors' head from telelift system--- I left afer 3 months, wrong post!. After this joined a power-electronic firm for 11 years, where I have a record of $17k yr end bonus. I got promotions in titles as well as $ along the way. Last 3 of the 11 yr was promoted to service manager to lead 7-man, providing technical support to Asia Pacific Region. Since then, travelled to abt 20 countries, mostly alone. Now with an Energy co for slightly more than 6 yrs.......I understand not a simple/easy decision to switch job. I've standby taxi driving license for more than 10 years, attended refresher course many time but drove actual taxi one for abt 1 hr. I told myself to retire at 50, but have not done "anything" to path this.

Officially, it is an offend for not updating the address onto IC to yr actual residential after 14 days. Police's authority giving summon to offender. Actual case.... u can stay here half a day & there half a day. -
I used granite for my previous & present unit for hall, dinning, & rooms. I used granite for kitchen top as well. Personally feel granite more natural & classic, most tought stone in the world. Price varies ($3psf ~ $150psf), presently(dec 2009 reno)used is $5.6psf. 600mm x 600mm. See pics below. Files removed by bepgof on 15/4/2010. Granite initially absorbes water fast, try mop floor with damped cloth for 3~6 months to make stone saturated. Surface is very tought and shiny without "additional" polish, unlike marble which the shines fade abt 1 year later. Shine homo tile can see scratches over surface after some time. Select granite yourself, lay at least 4 pcs on ground, observe slowly to see any verticle or horizontal "strokes" = the installer must be very careful while laying such natural stone. I cautious my installer while they were laying...They "painted" the stone (top & bottom) with chemical fluid to "eat" into stone prevent stone to absorbe other liquids into deper layer, in case. You'll love the stone & feel pride. Read more online .

Completely agreed. My own experience: - I moved in Jan 2010, previous owner came & returned 1 key just last Friday, and said "thank you very much for your consideration". - I started updating address right after 2nd appointment. Allowed previous owner to hold 1 key and to be return "after 3 month" tentatively. - When I see "red" letter or "bill", call him imediatedly. I have his address & contact no. - So far, I "missed" 4 letters -all sent to my previous address. 1 even sent to my previous's previous address realised after calling up starhub cos failed to receive bill's son's mobile bill for 3 months!. Till now don't understand what caused this. - 3 letters "missed" - CDP, aviva, UOB loan department. Buyer to my previous unit sent these letters to me door step! Besides thankful, don't what to say. - Went personally to CDP to updat, aviva -on line update. UOB deserved my scolding- very screw up, so many accounts with them and already updated them with forms, yet they missed this. Just did a partial payment 2 weeks ago & still like that! Seriously thinking to switch bank. -
Fm technical pt of view, no so advisable to relocate, must consider: - Unless change the whole coolant copper pipe from fcu to compressor. Copper pipe joint always leak after sometime. - Drainage pipe/trunking etc need to relocate as well, joints here & there. - Try re-direct first.
