Yup that's the same question i have in mind i have been using ikea wardrobe and am so used to the idea of changing compartments as and when i like but i think ikea ones cannot fit the space for my new wardrobe what you said on the location of built-in wardrobe is very true... have to consider so many factors~

My friend's seller is also doing a contra. She OTP-ed her flat 2.5 months before me but her first appointment is even later than mine... This is becos they need to wait for seller to secure their own flat first, then the seller agent will submit both selling & buying application together, causing delay in submission and hence the later 1st appt date. Her wait between OTP and 1st appointment is 5 months. My relative (a housing agent) told me that for contra case, it's not unusual for seller agent to ask for a later 1st appt date...

I read about a wall attachment that comes with it so thought it must be fixed to wall... good to know that it's "free standing". Thanx yoongf~

Hi, would like to ask... must the Pax wardrobe be fixed to a wall? Does anyone have it "free standing"? Thanks~

I second that. There are always 2 sides to the same story, esp for bad stories. Who knows, we may hear a very different account from Henry if we go and ask him. Pple like us are 3rd party and will not get the full picture unless we hear both opinions. btw, kiven removed most negative comments so can't find out what happened. but seemed like things have settled in a positive note in the end. Well said Jaskel, take things positively is the way to go. fencer, imho, there is a lot of mismatch in working and communication styles between you and Henry. Hope that in your future reno, you can find one that match your style. Good luck.

Glad that your reno is completed everything looks sui sui.... may i ask - your wardrobe is also done by Henry's carpenter or you source it on your own? Thanks~

not advisable to on whole day le... waste electricity and also in case *touchwood* the on/off temperature controller fails, the heating won't stop and the tank will be overpressured.

Appeal For First Appointment
marshmallow replied to dudette's topic in HDB New/Resale Flats, Executive Condominiums
i called HDB to ask similar question... they said even if the HLE is expired on 1st appointment day, so long as it was valid during OTP then can liao... you can call the HDB hotline to reconfirm -
why not... like those Japanese hi-tech toilet bowl, got warm water jacket for the toilet seat one... temperature can be adjusted some more LOL
-
Yup yup that's what i plan to do for my new home~! current home heater is installed by previous owner... got it FOC liao cannot complain Sorry forgot how your floor plan is like... if the 2 toilets are next to each other then sure okie de. Again if you're not particular about water temperature, it shouldn't be a problem ba
-
Haha thanks... shall check out these brands when i do my shopping now at my current place, the two toilets are also at 2 ends of the flat and we're sharing the storage heater @ common toilet. by the time water reaches the MBR toilet, it's already cooled and the flow is pathetic not sure if it's our water pressure no good or wad... but a separate instant heater would have done a better job i guess
