Talking about tenant, anyone rents out your room without the help of agent? What should we have in our contract & should anyone breaks the rules, can this contract be served as evidence & bring to court? (touch wood)

My daughter's P2 results have slack. She has home tuition but still slack.. The tutor was not able to handle my girl while lesson is on. I suspect her teaching method has got to do as my girl might not be able to understand & hence she started not to pay attention & not able to concentrate during the tuition time. Do I need to change tutor? Her former tutor was great but she can't teach my girl now. I'm so worry & depressed when I saw how she scored in her previous tests.. Mid exam is very near. How? Honestly speaking, I don't blame this current tutor but more likely is my girl's problems. I'm so loss... Any experience tutor around in this forum willing to take up this challenge?

How much is the tuition fee for P2 & Preparation for P1 (3 subjects, twice a week with 1 & 1/2 hours each lesson)?

I believe the fee for home tuition (P1 & P2) are around $240 - $360 = 3 subjects. Out of my budget

Most of the days, I leave at 530pm. Not much works to be done as I only deal with documentations & audits, consider a junior post.

My new EM has this centralise water heater. Heard from my friends that we have to one the electric for roughly 10 mins before the water gets heat up. Any other things that is more cons than pros?

We pay $80 each to both my buyer & seller agents for the submission of our selling & buying of HDB flat, while I heard that they can submit online. Why do they need us to pay then? I thought it should be included into their commission fee of 2% & 1% respectively? Not sure did our buyer & seller sides pay them or only us? My current neighbours : - 1) Alarm clock non-stop ring tone for > 30 mins (from opp. block) 2) Throw ice-cubes / hairs / junks into my kitchen (upper level) 2) Clothes dripping water causing inconvenience to lower level neighbours (upper level - same as #2)

I hope not I did ask & told him that he don't trust me if he hide from me. But still, he chooses to hide, maybe he shares with other 'people' lor.

I only know my hubby & myself have no trust in each other. Perhaps he don't trust me more. Cos he don't declare to me his pay and other things. While he files my income tax, I'm more transparency to him. Conclusion is : I DON'T TRUST HIM AT ALL liao. Neither I feel SECURE with our marriage. As I stayed at Ang Mo Kio area where markets & shops are very near & this started when I'm a kindergarten girl. I really feel quite sad to leave AMK actually, esp. my parents are there. Unfortunately, I can't afford AMK EM I hope I will grow to love Hougang Ave 10 where no markets & shops can be seen

As per my floorplan, any idea can we make our bath 1 bigger. Bath 2 is much much bigger than our MBR toilet Any exceptional case to get approval from HDB for area stated "VOID"?

Hi Kyra, my COV is $57800 (consider high I think so). Cos the amenities nearby are pri sch, lots of student care with only 1 childcare centre. Our blk is between Hougang & Buangkok mrt & there's only 1 coffeeshop & 2 mama shops. Thou we are near to Punggol park. We have to pay multi-carpark fee even though my area doesn't have multi carpark but blks away, there's one.. And the carparks surrounding us are ALWAYS pack. Some sort, regret of getting there. Silly me right
