  5. Hi GreenBoi, Nice! I like your kitchen. Are you able to PM me the reno quote and ID contact? I'm gonna do a full reno soon to a 18yo condo. Most likely gonna hack everything and rewire as well. Also pls PM the cost of your Joven and AO Smith heaters. Thanks..
  6. Hi Yelena, hope you solved your cement screed issues. I did a cement screed for my previous flat and did not experience any dampness or wetness issues. But it is a known fact that concrete contains a lot of moisture and this moisture will take a year to dissipate. The issues that you have could be due to just the screed as it was more than 6 months after key collection that you did the floor. Do keep us posted on the rectification works... Btw, would appreciate if you could PM me your contractor's contacts. I'll be starting on my reno journey in about 3 months and it'll be a cement screed floor as well..
  7. for acrylic.. google for Dama.. they are located somewhere in ubi
  8. For condensers that drip.. check where the water comes from.. most likely it is from one of the connection points of the pipe to the CU. Trace the insulated pipe to the CU, you shud see 2 exposed (uninsulated) connection points. Just get some insulation material, from hardware shop and insulate them. Those which are adhesive would be good as you just need to tape the exposed parts. Hope it helps...
  9. Hi, would really appreciate if someone could pm/email aron's contact... thanks in advance...
  10. The refrigerant should not leak unless it's a workmanship problem... if AC not cold is due to condenser choke, then you should be able to see how bad the condenser is... the condenser coils would be clogged with dirt and you should be able to wash it off yourself.. just spray with water... if it's a gas leakage, pressure test has to be done to find out how bad the leakage is and where it's leakage.. pressure test just requires N2, which is cheap, but time consuming... so they just charge with refrigerant, charge you for it... let it leak and then you call them again which they will charge you again for services...

  13. You can run your cables within the false ceiling space and also within partitiion walls, just like how cables are concealed within cornices.
