Your quotation make my electrical works look alot cheaper..... However, your is too far expensive already. ID may charge a nominal fees for the electricial works due to co-ordination and monitoring, but yours is way too highhhh...

I tried both yest. The SVS seem to be a better choice as the punch is tigher than the velo one (IMO).

Went to KEC today and check out the SVS and the Velo subs (10inch)....after trying the both, quite tempted to upgrade my subs to the SVS sub. But were told that there are no stock at the moment..... So shld I get the SVS subs and wait for 2 months???

One issue to think about.. How should we hang our clothes indoors? The window is at the side, and i don't think the bamboo is long enough to hang towards the window.The previous owner hang their clothes outside the corridor which i do not like..... We thought of the pull up/pull down system but it's a bit too ex for us...

Hi Ken, our Reno is about low 20k excluding electrical works. Extensive Reno for kitchen and bathrooms and some carpentry for our MBR. Plush quotes are reasonable, rest assured that you will not be overcharged. just look for Darren for a talk and see if you like his ideas

Thanks yuene! Yes the MBR is really spacious.. Putting a chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables and a queen-size bed does not even make it too cramp. It's like just nice!
