Hi everyone I have some questions which i hope someone can assist me in: 1. The contractor has quoted me a total of $8,000 for hacking the entire house, except the three rooms, which has parquet flooring. The number seems very high! Is this reasonable? 2. Does anyone have a good contact for an electrician? Thank you.

We just met our ID and nearly fell off our chairs with the quotation for living roo, dining room (not much done actually), kitchen, yard/utility room, master bedroom, dressing room, second bedroom and both toilets and yard toilet. Shocked!

I just got back from Lush with my first purchase.

We achieved a lot over the weekend. Went to Lush, Executive Living, Interior Affairs, Ikea (only to get layout ideas!), Sungei Kadut, Park Mall, then met our ID at 830pm on Sunday night. My SO likes a red-based kitchen cabinet system. She also liked this chair from Air. Not sure how itd fit in but we might just buy it for the heck of it. Simple coffee table also from Air. Saw this teak countertop as well.
