  2. Both have resort feel and depends on whether your theme is modern resort or rustic etc..I also went through alot of browsing but mostly shortlisted Korean wallpapers. We ended up choosing the one below for a balinese rustic feel. Go for your gut feel

So I believe you shall need chairs with height equivalent to bar stools..Dun wori lar lots of chairs nowadays to choose from Comfort Furnitures, Gnee Hong, Picket & Rail....and the list goes on. I like your dining light though as this was under one of my shortlist too

  11. Hi Valerie..thanks! Actually we only had the 3D drawing for the very initial stage and told our ID not to waste resource to revise drawing and concentrate on the actual work progress instead. Futhermore, we keep changing our ideas hahah

  13. haha..u realli made full use of the balcony! DIY always time consuming but satisfaction level is much higher than purchasing off the shelf products So did you purchase the plywood from kitchner road too?
  14. We had a replica arco lamp and it started to oxidise at some parts. So instead of giving it up, we decided to gave it a new lease of life by respraying it to fit our new wall paint... And yes...chili red!

  18. It always happen in reno case for neighbours to complain but too bad the contractors have permit....have to give and take

  20. Haha anyway I bought the exact same pattern but listed price is much cheaper. The brand is Velin. FYI, all one-piece WC will be generally more expensive. The pros for using one-piece is no place for mould to grow. Do consider buying all stuffs from one shop to have higher bargain power as all listed price are always expensive. Good luck in ur hunting!
  21. Mine is a resale flat and from the original floorplan, it shows that the basin is outside the toilet. So I have decided to shift it out for my current reno as the common toilet is really crampy.

  23. We also accomplished one of our DIY project this wkend. Changed all the old school wall switch and sockets. We thought it was a plug and play process and ended up have to customise the boxes to accommodate the wires... Before and After We also settled on the dining chairs at Comfort Furniture
