Some updates Lbox is up! Saw an eyesore gap between the wall and aircon casing. Should i use silicon or plastering to cover it? Anyway, the reno is about 60% completed. Now left with carpentry works, painting, lightings, plumbing, doors and grills. Oh ya, acid wash and general cleaning too. All these to be completed within the next 2 weeks.

No research done on brand or quality. Anyone used Cannon Ray and Madison before? Will be using Nippon odourless paint sail white (1199) for house wall and ceiling, weaterbond algaeguard clear blue for bathroom and toilet wall and ceiling. Brickwall will be up by today too! electrical wiring will be tmr and L-box on friday. Next week carpentry will be in. Thumbs up to my ID!!
