WELCOME! used to stay at teck whye but just moved to jelebu rd so not exactly cck but bukit panjang near near la! if u want to recontruct the rooms, u must take note of structural beams. not all walls can be hacked. have u got the floor plan fr hdb already (indicated by dark black bold lines compared to the rest of the lines)? further, not only main beams cannot hacked, there are oso ceiling beams which oso cannot be hacked u need to take note of (this is not shown in the floor plan, u need to get the id go down to yr unit to see so that they can plan around it). hence, even if wall can be hacked, ceiling cannot, u cannot have a full room swee swee per se. i had this problem. happy happy plan plan plan then got ceiling beams problems. but if i don't look up at ceiling, then not so bad, if look up, feel a bit weird. but id says got structural modern concept. haha. oso, den yr mbr no toilet lei. not inconvenient? imagine u wan to bathe, got to walk across yr living. if got guests a bit more ma fan lo. how abt dining? if u doing serious relocating of rooms, can tell lots of potential in yr place. find a good designer and get them to plan. or talk to many designers and get them to plan. get ideas here and there to combine into the best one! do take note, hacking, making good etc etc costs quite a fair bit so need to budget for more. sorry ya, last qns, wat is cr? hehe, i lousy at acronyms la.

its the square square double sink rite? how much har? SO NICE! and envy double snk. due to space constraints, mine is single square. but i love square square designs la. though initially, i told my id 'huh? square? look like my primary school canteen sink lei. sure nice not?' but got one problem with the sink, don't know yrs will anot. its actually quite deep already i find but everytime i wash things, the water wll just splatter everywhere. somemore i already wash at the bottom of the sink. hence if i wash a bit higher, even worse. so if u wash things frequently one (coz u cook often), may want to check if the sink will have this problem. i'm living with mine since i don't cook much.

Was too greedy previously and got the biggest cutlery holder in Ikea. I see my drawer too up liao la, haha. End up cannot fit and went back to change to the smallest (this is 1/3 the biggest size one but the big one is good lei, got knife slots, this one don't have ) today. Got some other minor utensils too. (Taken using my hubby's Nokia E65, I love its camera capabilites, so clear and sharp, mine sucks big time!)

i no $$ buy things liao lei.. went evov to pay for my balance for the sofa on friday then keep bio-ing the c-shape coffee table.. bo liu.. must wait for couple of months to recover abit first.. today i go out, i keep seeing windows what colours etc.. hehe.. but i'm glad it has turned out all right for u! i oso wanted to change my windows coz its beige but no budget.. then coz my living is full height, being quite new (5 yrs), i dun tink hdb will approved as will spoil the whole block look.. i love white with greenish tint.. very condo! hehe.. but not practical for my unit coz got afternoon sun so will tint black oso.. hence, living with it! talking abt gst hike, i totally forget to go down to my school to pay for my school fees.. sians diaos.. now i got to pay $80 more for nothing!

really har! i just buy my zara clothes, contemplating to throw into my washer just now (got hand wash cycle) but worry scarely spoil or dye colour or what then i haven't wear before CANNOT wear liao. if like that, tmr morning, i dump in to wash le! maybe i used to less than 1 hr cycle for old machine so 1.5 hrs to 2 hrs is kinda too much. now all the more, i got to put clothes in and use delay cycle (must learn first, the manual is basically in my detergent basket at the moment) to wash so i come back just nice can put into dryer. if not, like yesterday night at 3am the dryer is still going on and on.

The wallpaper guys are here as my wallpaper was peeling. All thanks to Vincent whom was rigorously trying to clean off watermarks sometime back, causing my wallpaper to peel. Was complaining to the wallpaper boss/supervisor that the joint lines are so obvious. He says its a common problem for dark water papers because its white behind the wallpaper itself and further my base of the wall is also white. Don't know how true but I intend to find out by changing my wallpaper again maybe couple of years later when I get sians of this design, by doing through Goodrich themselves. Looking at them work makes me very sians coz I got to mop the floor again later after they have left. Thomas just left as well. Sms-ed him in the morning coz my study roman blind dropped on me..twice! I is suay or what har! It scared the h3ll out of me lor! He came over within 30 mins to check on it and made some adjustments. Think coz normal roman blinds ends at the bottom edge of the window (like my other bedroom) but I did my study roman blinds almost touching the floor making it very heavy. I purposely do like that so that when I pull up to the bottom edge of the window (which is the usual status of my roman blind), I can see some folds. But good service la, sms and almost immediately here. He and his wife was sad when he heard that I had to do grilles as spoil the view and look. ME TOO!

Self-Created Service Yard Since laundry is the most major housework for me, I really need a service yard to do all the washing, drying and hanging. 5-rooms hardly can find got service yard units (Bukit Batok Blk 28X have though, very big somemore, colleague just move in) so I got to self-create lor. Its one of my requirement to all the IDs I spoke with. Went through quite a no of modications and discussion in the materials for the area separator. Finally, may I present my very own service yard: Its the only area using white light. Very bright right! Its from the laundry hanger system, comes with light! Got to be careful with my automated laundry hanger coming down as the area is really small. Can tell its very cramp. Opposite side where I did the Ikea Anthonius system so that I can hang my towels to air then hang in toilet (coz I find toilet too humid being so enclose), kitchen towels for drying etc.
